Your Privacy Choices

Last updated October 16, 2026. These choices apply to Southlake Games website visitors and Roger Roger: Last Launch players. Read the privacy policy for what information our services handle.

Request access, correction or deletion

Email privacy@southlakegames.com with the game or service involved and what you want to access, correct, export or delete. For RogerRoger, include your player identifier if available and the email associated with your linked account. Tell us explicitly if your request includes AI conversation history or audio, which may be stored separately.

Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, authentication codes or identity documents. We may ask for a safe way to verify account ownership before processing a request. We will explain any information that must be retained for transaction, fraud-prevention, operational or legal requirements.

Game and Unity account controls

You can start as a guest and choose whether to link a Unity Player Account. Linking protects access to progress and purchases; guest play still creates a player identifier. Use the account controls available in your game build to manage the linked account. You can also visit the Unity Player Accounts portal. Deleting a Unity account and deleting records held by Southlake Games are separate requests; contact us for game-service records.

Purchases and subscriptions

Deleting an account does not cancel a subscription or automatically refund a purchase. Manage Apple subscriptions in your Apple Account settings; for other purchases, use the store or payment provider where you paid. Contact support if you need help finding the correct purchase provider.

Optional AI and audio features

You can choose not to use optional character conversations and audio features. To request deletion of earlier conversation history or submitted audio held by us, include those categories in your privacy request. Provider-held records are subject to the provider’s own controls and retention obligations.

Website analytics and browser choices

The public website uses Google Analytics. You can manage cookies through your browser and use the Google Analytics opt-out tool where supported. Blocking cookies alone may not prevent every network request. Email verification pages do not load our website analytics integration.
